Batman Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

I got an email at 6.27 pm saying food was on the way, called at 8.08pm and was told "sorry 40 more minutes, menulog doesn't allow us to advise 2 hour delivery time", the app said 36 to 40 minutes when i ordered! I called again at 8.49pm and was told another 14 minutes to get through the ovens, plus 6 minutes for delivery. THEN I was told if I abused the lady on the phone I would be hung up on when I said "not good enough, I have 4 hungry kids at home" not once did I swear, I raised my voice sightly in frustration. I asked for the manager to get on the phone and then was told it would be "8 minutes through then oven and delivered as a priority to us". Food wasn't delivered until 9.10pm! Don't hide behind your staff and not get on the phone when you can't deliver on your service. I will NEVER order though Batman Avenue...

Really great food and service first time I went. I have a disability and find it hard to talk quickly.

The lady on the phones tonight was rude, made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her and kept cutting me off when I was trying to make my order, I called back an hour later asking where my food was as I sometimes have memory issues and she said I called 10 mins ago "I ordered at 7:30pm" she said it would take another 15-20 mins to get it to me and that was 8:52pm, I just got my food at 9:53pm.

Ok prices are up & fair enough. But what use to be actual prawns on my Marios Special are now shrimps (canned?). Maybe, if prawns aren't available, or too expensive, then amend the menu description accordingly so that i know what i'm buying.
