I didn't pay for the "food" but when I heard how much was paid, I fell over backwards.After reading other reviews, where one was the owner blaming Uber for adding 30pc , did the math and it was still very expensive. Now, as far as the food goes, the bread hard, dry and obviously old, not even flexible enough to split it apart or to wrap food around it. With the salad 4 or 5 small pieces of lettuce that would no where near make up even 1 leaf with 4 slices of tomato that looked overripe and cut with a blunt knife. Not sure what the "DISH" was supposed to be it looked like someone got some baked beans partially washed them off and floated them in oil, then there was the garlic sauce that was so runny and salty. The meat, what is mixed meat that you can't tell what it was, parts looked like it was already been digested and aftertaste of grease, fat and salt is still in my mouth well after 12 hours after eating some of it?

TO THE OWNER, I'm sure you are going to comeback with excuses or some sort of a defensive reply to make out that the food was better than people who take the time to review would write, but if you intend to make a good go of making the business work where people are writing good reviews and actually coming back again and again and encouraging others to give it a try, you need, good service, good food, good servings, value for money. Put yourself in other people's shoes and ask yourself is that what you would accept and expect for yourself and your family?

People place an order on call/online so that we don't waste time waiting at the venue and pick up the ready HOT meal(especially in cold weather like in June).

These people certainly don't understand this nor how to serve a customer.

I placed an order on call and went there for pick up 15 minutes later. They didn't make the HSP and chips I ordered for. The girl started making with left over chips in the tray and meatslices from the metal tray after. When I felt the food box it was cold. Instead of accepting or reheating the meat and chips the girl started arguing that the food seems to be cold due to the cold sauce. It's basic that sauce is on the top and the chips is underneath so why is the take away container cold(forget hot, not even warm) under.

Moreover the place itself looks so unhygienic, things everywhere scattered, hardly any place to sit wait for the order. The chairs and seats there already taken by the family members of the shop. The place is not at all pleasing to buy there. People buying food food from Uber eats and Delivero and other food delivery apps, please think twice about where you buying food and atleast make a phone order and try to check out the place when you arrive for pick up. I assure you wouldn't want to reorder from this place.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered chicken biryani tonight around 11:40 PM after a long day at work. Due to my cultural and religious beliefs, I only eat chicken no lamb, no beef, nothing else. But when the food arrived, it was lamb biryani.

This isn’t a small mistake. It’s a serious problem. That food went straight in the bin. If my kids or other family members had seen it, it would’ve been deeply upsetting. We don’t eat lamb at all. Imagine if someone ordered a chicken pizza and got pork instead especially if they were Muslim. It’s the same level of disrespect.

This isn’t even the first time they’ve done this. I’ve heard from others too this place messes up orders regularly. It shows they don’t care about people’s instructions, preferences, or beliefs.
