Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Melbourne

For the last 15 years the standard of pizza in this area has been on a massive decline. It has come down to can I be bothered cooking or do I just order an average pizza. Nothing spectacular about it all just pure convenience. We used to have a reliable pizza opportunity in Rowville with big Al’s but even there quality has dropped so much that we look elsewhere. Enter pizza nova started by an ex big Al employee. You’d assume the quality would continue, how wrong we are. Not only is the taste and quality poor they continue to put ingredients on orders that are specifically instructed not to for health reasons. Upon inspecting pizza further because ingredients not requested noticed several hairs in the pizza. Was offered a replacement and refund which I appreciate, however damage is already done. When you’re expecting a subpar product due to convenience and they can’t even control the quality and cleanliness of there product going out is an absolute disgrace. We deserve better especially during those years prices have three folded. Not good enough pizza nova. Will never return for over priced sub quality product...

We periodically buy pizzas from this store....last night we ordered around 6pm and were told our order would be delivered in about 75 min putting it to around 7.15 to 7.30pm..we called at 7.45 to be told the pizzas were on their way..we live 5 min from the store...then at 8.10 we called again and asked where the pizzas were as we would come pick them up but they said they had left and were on their way and they promised it would be 5 to 10 min as the driver had one other order to deliver...we waited another 30 min and then being unable to contact the store two guests we had left an i went to get food elsewhere....whilst i was out my wife called the store and they said he was just about to leave....after they promised the driver had left over an hour ago....why lie? So we ended up with two dinners and $150 worth of pizzas went...

my sister and i order from pizza nova quite a bit.. i don't know why it never crossed my mind to leave a review because our family really love this place. their pizzas are seriously the best we have ever tried - we refuse to order from anywhere else ! ( unless you guys are closed ) tonight i tried something different, i ordered a caesar salad and the chicken snitz with mushroom sauce. both items were so fresh and delicious. i haven't had a single bad thing from pizza nova, everything is just spot on, always ! these guys really do such an awesome job and their service is so amazing. thank you pizza nova, for feeding me and my family with great food all the time. you guys are seriously...
