A one star would also be too much for this restaurant with the quality of service and type of food they are serving. Had been to this restaurant for the very first time with high hopes but unfortunately was one of those hopeless restaurants where the owner herself doesn't have the knowledge of curries and condiments she is serving to her customers. The service was far pathetic. Mushrooms in entree was 12 dollars with 5 tiny mushrooms served on a plate with a little salad. I think you need to justify the cost and quality of the food you are serving. Then we ordered paneer butter masala in our main course, which according to the owner is a very popular dish but the popular dish took ages ( about an hour ) to be on the table. Assorted breads were underbaked. Paneer butter masala ( the name was a disguise) as it was somewhere near to kadhai paneer. People who know what paneer butter masala is should know that this is not the one which has capsicum and a dry tomato paste in it. As usual owner had her own excuses when questioned about the quantity of mushroom and the rest of the food. 50 dollars paid for a wasted evening. Would never return. To my utmost surprise they are in the business for 20 some years and still have no idea of the cuisine, I feel sorry for them.! Will never be back.

Regarding your two faced comment I guess you are one of those who are unhappy to take any criticism and thus fail to improve. Also, in regards to your Indian comment, I am really surprised where is it coming from and dont want to stoop to this level. Your misunderstanding of that you are the best in the business will take you nowhere. I am really surprised how have you thrived for these years without even been able to gulp down a little dose of criticism!! In terms of hypocricy ,we were your customers and not relatives!! If courteous behaviour is mistaken as hypocrisy then the understanding needs to be improved.! Catering the justified needs of the customers should be a priority and if you have some policy of serving the food late it should be written on a menu or have to be told in the beginning. But we were totally unaware of it until you justified the late serving with some hard to digest explanation. My last advice would be to Be professional not personal. !!!

   Read moreI'm a truck driver. Ordered a delivery to the BP Northbound Service Centre Scoresby. That's a short, straightforward journey. The people who took my order were polite and friendly. The menu is extensive and interesting. They were typically busy for a Sat night, so there was an hours' wait. However, the person they engaged to deliver the food was rude, aggressive and purposely unhelpful. She should not be doing deliveries if she can't navigate a very simple journey, use Google Maps or follow directions, and certainly does no credit to her employer when she is prepared to yell at and insult their customers because she is 'too confused' and the trip is 'too difficult'. Once she arrived at the service centre, she rang for a third time to yell more abuse (because the servo is 'too big'), said she could see my truck, drove past it to the furthest end of the parking area and demanded I walk to her car. I had told her I have a knee injury so I would be at my truck rather than in the servo. That just provided her with another opportunity to be offensive.

   Read moreWe booked for 10 people at 6pm on a Wed night. At about 6:45pm the waitress came and asked if our 10th person was coming, to which we said she may be coming later, she had been held up. Said waitress then launched into an attack about the small restaurant they are and that we need to give notice if someone isn't attending... we did say we thought she was coming but didn't know when. Apparently they could've used her 1 seat for another booking. (?!) She came back to the table just before 8 and asked us if we would still be there at 9pm because she wanted to accept another booking for 6 people. We didn't really have any choice but to say we would leave. Finally, at about 8:45, when half of our table were left, she came over and started moving one of our tables (where someone was sitting! to set the new one. The quality / taste of the food in this case is totally irrelevant. The lack of service put a bad taste in our mouths the minute she came over to our table.
