PIZZA PASTA HOUSE — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered through Uber and found that the wrong order was dropped at my house. Attempted to contact the driver and couldn’t get through, so I called the restaurant and explained the situation. They apologised a lot and said they understand how annoying it is, and referred me to Uber to get a refund (they didn’t offer to contact the driver or send out another order with the actual food I asked for). I totally get that none of this is the restaurants fault and I don’t blame them at all, but my problem lies with the fact that they offered no type of help in relation to getting my actual order. They sort of just, insinuated that I had to eat the order that came to me, despite me or my partner not being able to eat the food, and told me to order through them directly next time as Uber is unreliable. Again, recognise that the mistake with the orders is not their fault, but just thought that they would go a bit further than “sorry man, nothing we can do”. They call themselves pizza pasta and kebabs yet there kebab meat isn’t even cooked 99% of the time they don’t have pasta most of the time they didn’t charge correctly then wanted me to pay the rest (I was more than happy to do even though I told them that the pricing was wrong) they don’t wear hair nets or gloves or even masks they are also VERY disrespectful to their customers by raising their voice at me and my sister while having other customers in their store and they gave me off sour cream when I went back to get a fresh one they told me it was fresh then proceeded to tell me it was their last sour cream also they accused me of getting in their face when I definitely did not I have a lot more respect then to do that

I usually enjoy their pizzas, a little different to the traditional. However last 2 orders have been tragic, a mushroom pizza with no mushrooms and then the next visit I could hear a woman talking to the boys that work there like they were animals, her language was foul and derogatory could be heard throughout the shop. That day I ordered a prawn pizza but I it was missing 3 of the listed ingredients. When I questioned this I was told they have a new menu, it’s not online or in store but I was offered for it to be sent to my phone number. Errrr no thanks. A bit of a hot mess there at the moment.
