I ordered the T bone steak with mash and veg , what a let down …….. put the 30 minute wait aside ( was very quite ) I ordered my steak medium it came out well done and very tough, to the manager defence she was great about it at the time and offered me a new meal , the new meal came out pretty quick less then 10 minutes however it came back out with chips and salad , 2 minutes later I got my mash and veg and again my steak was overcooked ( not as bad as the first one ) however far from medium the manager came back to have a look and acknowledged that yes it was over cooked again and apologised and offered me only a free drink , no refund no discount nothing. Went there for a group lunch. Half was good and the other half was bad. We wanted a refund on the poor salad but they were big on refunds so had to order an alternative meal.
