My brother goes to this shop all the time and buys breakfast burgers and occasionally hamburgers for lunch. He raves about how good the burgers are. I decided to take the kids there one day we were in the area and oh my God I actually couldn’t believe the quality for a small shop. The few times I have tied this place, there has been issues with my orders every single time.

I asked for a caramel latte, pay extra for it, and it doesn't taste at all like there is any in there. I've had bought two ham cheese toasties on two different occasions, 1 was not at all toasted, cheese not melted, basically just a cold sandwich. The worst service waited 15 mins for an average $9.00 sandwich when i tried to pay with my card they rudely let me know about the $10.00 eftpos minimum. The old owners where rude but these guys have taken it up a notch to a new level.
