I ordered a meal here today at 1pm. By 115pm my food still hasn’t come out so I asked where it was. They had given to the wrong person and the manager acted like it was my fault. She then said she’d make it again and I was happy with that.
Then the guy that took my order came back and said they gave him the wrong food. The manager pointed out that he took my order but said they’d make the incorrect part of his order for him (he and I only had one different item between our orders). They made him his item while I wait another 15 minutes.
At 130pm I asked where my food was and was told it was on the way. I said I’d like a refund because I was on my lunch break and now didn’t have time to eat because I had waited another 15 minutes. The blonde girl behind the register replied “it’s only been 10 minutes”. I then told her it had been 30 minutes since I placed my original order and I wanted a refund. She got the manager who told me she had made my order again.
I then had to explain that if I had my food I wouldn’t be standing at the counter asking where my food was. In the end the manager seemed apologetic but they are so inept I will be avoiding them...

When we bought the food we told them there's 6 of us eating in and require plates, cups and cutlery. They said 'yes we can give for you'. They had no plate, cups and cutlery because the guy employer who serve us in the first place said 'this is a take away restaurant and we don't provide plates, cups and cutlery'. There's mentally wrong with the guy who serve us. We should of ate at Hungry Jack next door because they were happy to provide us with cups and plates. How the he'll we gonna eat with a whole chicken, salad and 2 litres bottle of Pepsi? On top of that the chicken was burned and hard with no flavour. I deserve a refund. We are not living in poor country. This Red Roster is the most disappointing and dissatisfied place to dine in, no wonder why there going instincts. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this outlet. The disparity between the advertised product and the actual item received is appalling. A simple comparison of the website photos to the real product reveals a significant mismatch.
Furthermore, the click-and-collect option is rendered essentially useless by the inefficient process. Alerting a staff member of my arrival only prompted a 15-minute wait for my order to be prepared. The primary benefit of click-and-collect – saving time – is completely negated.
The outlet's understaffing is equally unacceptable. With only one person managing the kitchen and another handling all orders, the poor service is inevitable. The lone staff member at the counter is doing her best, but management's failure to provide adequate support is glaring.
