Sharetea Endeavour Hills — Restaurant in Melbourne

Staff are fairly nice but seams to be the one Bubble tea place on the planet that is uncomfortable with customisations, I asked for a pearl milk tea with brown sugar drizzle (with full expectation to pay extra as with any other mix in) and they said it’s the same as the tiger milk tea, so I ordered that but when I tasted it I could only taste milk no tea, when I went back they said the tiger milk tea is weaker than the pearl milk which was not what I was told at purchase, and when I said well that’s why I tried to order the pearl tea with drizzle they said we can’t do that but they agreed to remake it which was nice of them (I paid for the drizzle cause I understand it’s extra) after I got it back it tasted right but didn’t even realised until after I left that the forgot to put pearls in it. So much of a hassle, had they had just been upfront with me and said it was weaker I would have just ordered the milk pearl, plus this is the second time I’ve had this sort of issue.

If the franchisee reads these, please add the drizzle to the list of add ons or flavour options like every other bubble tea place cause you guys are lovely it’s just such a shame there’s a lot of...
