Subway (Greens-Frankston Rd) — Restaurant in Melbourne

I never had any complaints about subway, and i often visit this particular store since its very near to my office. But today i went to buy a platter of cookies and the lady was really rude. I do understand the fact that she needs a notice of 24 hours, which i understand from a business perspective, but what about customer service? and a more empathetic way to tell customers you cannot meet their requests? she basically refused to give me what i could buy, when i could see everything in front of me. To add onto it, i agreed to buy 12, to which she refused to give me a box! and said i need to order 24 hours in advance! Horrible service at this particular station . The girl on the counter had blonde hair and half a ponytail. I visited the store at 9:30am and will definitely be not visiting tat store again. I went a little ahead to another subway store and got all 36...

My partner, myself and my friend went to this subway on Friday night. My partner ordered a chicken fillet while my friend got teryaki and I got chicken and bacon ranch (same white chicken pieces used) Both my friend and I had diarrhoea and vomiting roughly 6 hours after we ate. I thought it tasted funny but thought it might have been the sauce because I got a different sauce then what I usually get.

Turns out it was the chicken because my other friend got teryaki on the Sunday (about 3pm) and she was feeling sick ... about 7pm she was feeling sick in the stomach and feeling like she was going to vomit.

I rang the stores number left a message and sure enough they still haven't called me back.

I didn't ring to yell, just to tell them to throw out their batch of chicken. Really liked this subway until now. 3 people out of 4 with...
