Sushi Hub Lilydale — Restaurant in Melbourne

Thursday 19th November 2020. New to the area and first opportunity to load up on a sushi breakfast. No joke their was at least 10 flies in the 2 fridges. The lady tried shooing the flies off the rolls I wanted... Seriously! Gordon Ramsay would have shut them down. Their response was go get it somewhere else. They could care less, until I started yelling "Full price sushi! Fridges riddled with flies!!" Other shoppers approached and then all of a sudden all 4 staff were on fly removal. Absolute disgrace to the brand. Third World standards...

Other sushi hubs I have been to are pretty average but this one is so amazingly good. I myself don't like seafood but I get the chicken and it's always so tender and fresh and although a little pricy you can take as much soy sauce and wasabi as you like. Would reccomend to anyone and everyone...

The store clerk is of Asian descent and even those who are not good at English can order by pointing, making it easy to shop! She is very friendly and will even ask you to get chopsticks and soy sauce from here, making some gestures, so I think you can buy them without any inconvenience! !

The sushi here is different from what you get in Japan, but the grilled scallops, grilled salmon, and rolls here are delicious even for Japanese people! !

To be honest, the price is a little high, so I sometimes use it as a reward for myself! ! The salad was packed with ingredients and came with sesame dressing, making it a flavor that even Japanese people are familiar...
