I traveled 67 kilometers specifically to dine at your establishment, expecting a welcoming and professional experience. Unfortunately, I was met with unacceptable behavior from your staff. Upon my arrival, I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for my friend, who lives nearby. In the meantime, I needed to use the restroom due to an emergency. However, when I attempted to enter, your staff rudely denied me access, stating that the restroom was only for customers and staff. I explained that I was indeed a customer, as I intended to order food once my friend arrived. Despite this, the staff insisted that I could only use the restroom after placing an order. Due to the urgency of the situation, I had no choice but to use the restroom quickly. However, the female staff members continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, making me feel humiliated. This experience left me extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied. As a result, I have decided not to dine at your restaurant and have chosen to go elsewhere for my meal. I believe that no customer should be treated with such rudeness and lack of understanding, especially over a basic necessity like using the restroom. But this was possibly the worst experience unforgivable to be ignored. I ordered a chicken biryani, rotis and Chana masala. Nothing fancy, few usual dishes which any Indian restaurant should be prepared well to serve. The order was a takeaway. Took less than 15 mins to keep these items ready. Appreciate the speed of service, but at the same time, makes you wonder how quick. Was it cooked or just reheated. My skepticism was cleared well after we tasted the food. Channa masala was excessively salty and sour. Rotis had excess salt too. Chicken biryani was the main concern. Chicken was days old and the biryani tasted spoilt. We had the food hardly 30 minutes before I started typing this review. Or should I say threw away the food concerned that this might lead us to the hospital. Have some responsibility to provide at least a bit decent and edible food. We donāt owe you any money for what you asked for this takeaway. So how about justifying the purpose of staying open for business. I will take a conscious effort to share my experience and make sure never to visit your premise again.
