Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

Went there around 6 pm on Friday to try the drive-through and order a foot long sub as dinner for my family.

Nobody responded when I spoke through the drive-through mic speaker. So I drove on and pulled up beside the delivery window. I saw a staff member who seemed to be a teenager who appeared to ignore my hand waves. Eventually she noticed me and motioned to another staff member (again, who seemed to be a teenager).

They took my order and prepared it while handling other customers also. The only issue was that honey oat bread wasn't available which was disappointing.

I didn't have to wait too long, and I got what I wanted. The food quality was the usual for subway.

Cranbourne has lots of restaurants and takeaways but very few eateries which serve relatively healthy options like Subway.

This store needs to pump up the marketing and awareness and tie up with more delivery partners and offer low deliver fees.

And the teenage staff who serve the customers need a little bit...

Food was ok but didn’t seem very fresh as advertised. They were happy to add veggies that cost extra without letting you know on most of them. The service was terrible as the worker showed attitude towards us. One of the workers expressed a joyful mood towards us as customers but her co-worker unfortunately failed to have the same qualities. Whiling order, my mood was ultimately destroyed as I was served. While deciding what salad to put on my roll, I was rushed and grunted at even though there was no other customers waiting. This behaviour continued while order my sauces. In an attempt to lighten the mood, I thanked the worker. What I received back was a roll of the eyes and more angry noises. Dreadful experience almost cannot describe it. If I could email the store I would but this will have to do. Dont want even give them a star but have to to post this. From a family that use Subway a lot, very very disappointing and not a good way to start a 4 hr drive to a funeral. Drive thru wasnt working 3 subs took 25mins to make but the staff sounded like they were having a great time inside. Ordered roast beef and got chicken, when it arrived it fell apart when opened and when their mistake was pointed out, took it back and just replaced the chicken with beef back into the disintegrating roll and wrapped in old wrapper Another sub arrive and also feel apart inside the bag containing the other subs.
