Poor customer service. No greetings plus increased their prices with decreased quality now. Not going back for sure. Disappointed!
Response to the owner message:
Thank you for actually reading and replying back to my review. I will only keep it short and direct to your response. Firstly, I never had a good experience at Tasty Heaven so why I would review for the good experience?. Secondly, You might meet and greet with pleasure but it did not happen with me at any time (Thrice I have been there). Thirdly, does not matter when your prices went up, no one asked when it went up? Idea was why it went up because now it looks kind of steep, food quantity and quality does not match up with the current price FOR ME. Lastly, please check all the reviews of mine instead of 3 negative ones. I do appreciate and value good services, affordable prices and quality tastes. Nothing against any particular business as you might be assuming. All the best, would appreciate if you take prompt action in improving the standards of the business just like you did...
Read moreI ordered a whole chicken broast with chips, but what I received was definitely not broast it was just poorly fried chicken. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly, the chips were cold, and the oil tasted like it hadn’t been changed in days. If you’re looking to ruin your health, this is the place for you. Never going back. For a better option, El Jannah offers a whole chicken with chips at a lower price and far superior quality.
Response to your reply
No, you don’t have anything close to the best Lahori broast. What you call broast is just regular fried chicken. El Jannah also serves fried chicken, and it’s much better than yours, chicken you served tastes like it’s made with expired ingredients and cooked in bad oil. If you’re really from Lahore, you should know the difference between broast chicken and fried chicken. On top of that, your staff doesn’t even greet or...
Read moreBeen to Tasty Heaven a few times for burgers and chips. Burgers are not bad, had one undercooked one which I had to toss half way through, but others were fine. The chips however I am not impressed with, they are sizable in their combo, but just to crunchy or tasteless for my liking. Granted others might like them that way. I was enticed back by their Karizma Double Burger, two crispy crunchy chicken with four sauces - Chilli Garlic, Special Mayo, Spicy Sauce & Homemade garlic sauce. The sauce mixture and chicken was just what one needs on a Sunday pick me up, but the bun itself was soggy like it had been microwaved.
Not the most friendliest service but there current menu certainly is appealing and I hope they do well and can remain and improve.
I will continue to go...
