If zero star rating was considered I would have given that to this shop. Never buy from them, firstly they have delivered the order more than the decided time of 60 minutes (took exactly 93 minutes to deliver the order). Secondly, every time I called the shop, different and inconsistent answers about the timings were given. Upon delivery, the pizzas were dead cold and the order was missing an item (a garlic bread). When I asked the delivery guy about that (his name - Abengo) he told me to call the shop and let them know. When I called them again, their shop attendant (her name - Zeba) said delivery guy might have missed picking it up from the shop and the missing item would be delivered very soon within 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting when I called again I was told that the missing item would not be delivered today (their manager knew about this as told by Zeba over the phone) since the shop was about to close. When I tried to call them the next day, it was found that they blocked my number as my call was not getting through even after couple of hours of constantly trying. To make it more worse, let alone the resolution not even any apology was provided either from delivery guy or from shop attendant (Zeba - who picked up my call after the incomplete delivery) or from anyone working at that shop. I have no doubt in saying that their google reviews might be fabricated (in-house). Poorest customer service I have come across till date. Timeline of the events for simplifying the disappointing and disheartening behavior to keep people alerted about this shop's misbegotten activities. Order confirmation via website on 14th October 2023: 8.38 pm (waiting time: 60 minutes) My first call to confirm the order was successfully place or not and the delivery time : 8.46 pm Call to see if the delivery guy was out for delivery, given the reply that it would take 30 more minutes: 9.27 pm Call to see as to why still the delivery had not taken place: 10.07 pm Time of delivery and giving the idea about missing item to the shop over the phone: 10.11 pm Call to check for the status of a missing item delivery and response being the shop closing down with no resolution in sight: 11.00 pm The next day multiple unsuccessful call timings on 15th October 2023 confirming that my number had been blocked by the shop: 6 pm to 8 pm. Still awaiting resolution.

Mexican pizza: not as bad as the other items I ordered. I donāt know which type of cheese theyāre using, even though the pizza is hot, the cheese is solid and does not stretch the way you expect from normal pizza. I canāt say itās not tasty, it basically doesnāt taste at all. More than waste of money it was a waste of time. 0 stars.
Tabrabane Special Pizza: The only tolerable item among the ones I ordered. Still the cheese on the pizza was solid and overall it tasted like nothing.
Mixed Grill Meat Pizza: This was the most awful, the most disappointing pizza Iāve ever had anywhere in my hundreds of reviews. Absolutely catastrophic and nothing like what they promised. Thereās no āmixed grillā, thereās no mix and thereās no grill: the pizza is on a super dry bed of roast/mashed chicken and a few tiny traces of what is supposed to be grilled meat perhaps. The cheese is awful and not stretchy at all. Even the bottom of the bread is not slightly crispy as if it was not cooked enough. I tried to force myself to eat it, but I failed and Iāll throw it out straight to the garbage bin. This item, per se, made me decide to stay away from pizza for a while.
House Special Pasta: Weāre talking about my choice of penne floating in a watery substance that would have otherwise been the āsauceā. Fortunately, I added my own Green Tabasco sauce to be able to force it down.
If you go through my reviews youāll find a considerable number of instances where the restaurants are reviewed negatively despite my amazing experience and where restaurants are reviewed positively despite my horrible experiences. Iām honestly beginning to lose trust in the way restaurants in Melbourne are reviewed on Google Maps. At the first instance I will recommend to the relevant Google team to think of measures to maximise the quality of reviews.
All in all, I took photos before throwing all three pizzas out in the bin.
Iāll give 2 stars (rather than 1 star) because the management is clearly doing their job. The cook needs to go however. I will never order from them again, but I hope this review will help their management serve other members of the community who will order...

The first time we ordered from this shop, my partner ordered ahead on the website and chose to have the pizza delivered at a later time, she wanted it to arrive around 5:30pm when I arrive home from work so I can have a nice hot pizza for dinner. Instead, they delivered it not 20 minutes after she placed the order. Not just that but the delivery driver was not able to understand my partner, she tried to tell him that he was wayyyy to early and he didn't say much. So. She called the shop to let them know of the mistake. After which they offered for Redelivery OR they would apply credits for the next time we order but not sure how much they could offer, under my partners name.
WELL, LAST NIGHT we called the shop, thinking that they'd have remembered. Turns out that apparently they have no record of the credits being written anywhere. The mobile numbers, address and names were not recorded, hmmmm. So my partner explained what happened and here's where it gets fun, they turned around and offered 15% discount. Look sure 15% is better than nothing. But when you screw up someones whole damn order previously and they are forced to have to reheat pizza in the oven, making the quality subpar. You should be at least comping 75% if not ALL of the order. After my partner refused to accept the 15% they had the urge and disgusting attitude to tell her, "NEXT time you order, please make sure you call us so we can record your number.." which if you read the first part of my review. It says she did call. SO this means they NEVER recorded our number and never bothered to write down or record the number or order that they completely screwed up.
Safe to say, we will NEVER be ordering from this shop again and I URGE you all to not bother with this shop as if they screw up your order, you will not be getting anything back the way it should...
