Avoid if you have children... Tried this cafe because it looked roomy and wasn't busy (only one other customer) after enteringe (two of us both with babies asleep in prams) we were asked to move to the other side of the cafe so as not to be near the bread (a few loaves in a basket on a table at the front of the cafe). Not sure how our sleeping babies were going to contaminate or damage the bread anymore than anyone else who was walking past or sitting near it but I won't...

Nice coffee, and beautiful pastries that are made at their wholesale 'd'Avoine French Bakehouse' on site. Not fancy inside, but the quality of the offering more than makes up for it. I got some last-minute hot Cross buns from here, and they were excellent. A great mix of dried fruit that you could actually taste, the right amount of spices, and a nice, light bun, not too doughy or heavy like some.
