I went to this cafe based on the ratings which it had online. It had pretty high ratings, which also gave me pretty high expectations. On arrival, based on the photos, I was surprised to see how small the cafe was. They didnt have much seating inside, and definitely will not accomodate many families of 4 — its more for those walking past and wish to grab a quick coffee and bite. We asked for a table inside, however at 10am in the morning when the sun is peaking, it was quite hot behind their blinds. They didnt have the fan or the aircon on either which let flies in and out of the cafe. Their food however was generously served and delicious. We ordered the high horse special, and eggs on sourdough with added smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce. They didn’t have an option for eggs benedict, but they did give “side” options to put this together yourself, which I did. We ordered their scones, and they tasted amazing! The service was good, they were quick and accomodating. There’s also one toilet inside, and the indoor seating isnt for parents with prams. They had a ramp outside and the parking is gravel.

I read about the good review given to the cafe and decided to drop by to try the food, commonly mentioned. Parking on gravel ground. If your wheels are cleaned & shined, I am afraid they will get dirty, especially if rained. Cafe seatings [3], cosy and not ideal for big group. We got a table near the counter and door, and was the last available. Others got to wait. Food [4] we ordered the big brekky and chilli scramble egg with crossiant. Big brekky presentation was good however, the paper beneath the food shouldn't be there or replace with a strong material. Cos when the knife cut the food, likely will cut the paper. Am sure you won't wanna add the paper into your tummy. Chilli scramble egg lack something, salt? It just tasted red cut chilli. Coffee were good though. Customer Service [4] Friendly and quick. Will check if all good with the food (I didnt mention about the paper). Price [3] its above standard brekky price. I would understand if the cafe is in CBD or Chadstone but not around the neighboorhood. So I echoed the same feedback with other reviews of the price of food.

A heartmade cafe filled with fantastic magics ☺🥰 Moved in this area about 2 years, every Sunday morning is boring to stay home for a homade breakfast. But from now on, i can have a deep-hearted, sweet and friendly team to make my FINE dining breakfast, by neighbourhood cost only !!! So lucky could have a table without booking for an hour, good enough. Coffee is fantastic made by a beauty and suit my picky hubby taste, fantastic. Pranan Chai with milk, now become my favourite cuppa, wonderful. The big brekky smooth down a tough man, and eat through every bits and pieces which he never and already said "all yours". Please don't forget to try the 2 dips/spreads besides. You will find out the heart and care of the shop. If you could come and sit down, you will find out your magics to buy your day from this 8 weeks old cafe. Wish you like it and got you magic day filled with happiness and healthy. My High Horse team, please carry on your passions on your baby, XOXOX

Went for brunch. We were asked to share a single table amongst 3 adults and a toodler. FOUR PEOPLE!! not sure how they expected us to fit all our coffee's, cutlery, condiments, water + cups and finally our food on such a small table. There was plenty of spots that had two tables put together where we could have sat at but they asked us to sit there specifically. Waitress was quick to bring the menu's but didn't check on us once through out the whole meal.

My sister ordered the chicken snitzel burger - chicken breast was so dry that not even even the sauce could save it. My partner ordered the big brekkie - we found a hair on it but after failing to wave down anyone because no one was paying attention!! he gave up and just moved that side of his plate aside. I ordered the pulled pork Benny - it was flavourless but decent compared to everyoneelse's meal. It was hard to enjoy when the rest of the party were eating disappointingly. The chips were the only redeeming factor. However, given that they are simply deep fried and then sprinkled with salt, there really is no merit.

Don't even bother ordering coffee's here either, the barista obviously has never heard of a flat white because why were all our flat whites full of foam??!

Don't waste your time or money here unless you want to leave disappointed and underwhelmed by...
