I've been coming here for a number of years and I have noticed a strange turn for the worse during my visit the other night. Firstly, the place it like a beacon from the outside. Those lights are piercingly bright. So that's 2 for ambience.

On to customer service... The son of the owner is a bit of a weird unit... Very sarcastic and rude for such a young kid. Took us 30 seconds to understand whether he was staff or just some annoying kid given the body language and blabber coming from his mouth. "I've already been told off for not wearing a uniform, I work for Tommy Hilfiger". Once my partner and I awkwardly realised he was staff, he led us to a table which he referred to as "the naughty corner". When I regrettably attempted to play along with his little game by asking "so this is the naughty corner is it?", He rolls his eyes and points to his hair with the reply: "no this is the naughty corner, you can sit down now". we then awkwardly sit down, and while he proceeds to continue his attempt at theatrical flare, I begin to crack and let him know he's close to giving the restaurant a bad review. He then tells me in these exact words: "oh well I'm in the kitchen so I'll have fun doing things to your food".. ??? I held my nerve as my hunger was stronger than my will to leave.

The rest of the night went ok but the food did take quite a while in comparison to previous visits. Still yummy. 5/5

I suppose the humour of this boy works on some, and, as he said "my regulars get my humour". BUT, he crossed the line when he threatened to mess with my food. That's whhen it went beyond a joke for me, and quite frankly, I'm sure most people.

So because I'm forgiving, I decided to end on good terms with him just to keep the peace. However, I worry that he's going to rub the nose of the wrong guest, which could end up disastrous for the business if it's someone of high...

This place has been on my list for the longest time, and I finally decided to come here for lunch. The place was quite busy, and we were accommodated to a table.

We had to wait a bit for the menu, and we ordered the Lamb Shawarma Serve and the Falafel served (with chickpea salad instead of rice). Both come with garden salad, taboula, pickles, yoghurt-cucumber dip, hummus, and bread.

Again, we had to wait for food, which took around 40 minutes. Other people who came after us got the food on time, but when we reminded them, it felt like someone missed punching our order.

We finally received our order, and I have to say that it was not as expected. As a Middle Easterner, I am disappointed that the food wasn't as authentic as they advertised. Falafel must be served with tahini, and it's never served with rice, so I'm not sure why that was even an option. The Lamb Shawarma felt like stir-fried lamb and had nothing to do with the famous shawarma flavour.

I don't like giving bad reviews to places I really want to support, but the fact the food took forever to come and didn't meet our expectations is a letdown.

It's a good entry-level for Middle Eastern food, but please don't come here expecting this to...

This place is going downhill. The customer service was extremely terrible. We made the order and after waiting for 35 minutes, they brought the wrong items, when we asked them we have not ordered these... they said okay we will bring the correct. They brought half the order for two of us... it was terrible, the wrap was soggy, basically you could have made curry from that. We waited more than an hour to get our order finally (this also happened when we complained 4 times). The table service people does not care and the kitchen staff is intimidating. However when we receive the order, the meat was half cooked (actually cold). Anyways the worst was yet to come. When I went to pay for the order, they had added the two items for me to pay (the ones they had made it wrong). Unacceptable. I will not be coming back. They should have offered a refund or credit note instead they were charging me for their mistake (for that items that I had not even consumed). The horrifying part is that no one care. DO...

Service: terrible. The staff barely knows the menu. We were 7 at the table and no one came to check on us at all during dinner. Always had to get someones attention. We all ordered a set menu. We received 2 set menu and the rest we had to chase them for the food. My friends had to wait for 45 mins for their meals to come. Desserts: a plate of desserts is included in every set menu but we received only one plate of dessert (photo attached) . The waitress said one plate of dessert for 6 x set menu. What a JOke!!! We didnt bother disputing it as we were so over it by the time dessert arrived. Plate of dips for entrée: the only good thing about dinner were the dips platter. Main meal- what you see on the photo tasted average. Sausage was undercooked- still raw in the middle and had a very weird taste. Chicken and lamb the usual. I drove 1 hour to have dinner at that restaurant and i regret driving all the way. Not worth it. The place didn’t give me a good vibes at all. Overrated restaurant

Tiba's Lebanese Restaurant: Authentic Feast Our weekend visit to Tiba's Lebanese Restaurant was well worth the brief 10-minute wait for seating. The staff greeted us warmly, setting the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. We opted for the Tiba's Special Platter at $47, which was a generous spread of Lebanese delights. The platter included a trio of delectable dips (Hummus, Babaganoosh, and Labneh), three different salads with flavorful sauces, three falafel, wine leaves, a meaty assortment featuring a kebab, lamb chops, chicken sausage, and both chicken and lamb doner meat. This feast was accompanied by rice, kuboos, and even fried kuboos. We couldn't resist adding an extra order of their delicious garlic dip for $7, which perfectly complemented the meal for four of us. The food at Tiba's is undeniably authentic, prepared in true Lebanese style, and the quality is top-notch. If you're in the mood for a genuine Lebanese feast, Tiba's Lebanese Restaurant is a fantastic choice.
