Having been a customer for 9+ years, today's 'service' earnt this negative review.
Early on every coffee frappe was consistent, well balanced and perfect in every way. Then some years ago it was inconsistent. After 7 bad coffee frappes I decided to take a break.
Since returning, I found the perfect way to order to ensure a consistent and well balanced frappe once more.
Same beverage, ordered the same way. Every. Single. Time.
However today, the coffee was off, way off and would have gone in the bin (along with many others in the past). Instead of boycott, I decided to give you a chance to fix the coffee.
I was attended to by a very seasoned Staff member, a familiar face from many years ago and the service was appalling. I asked for the coffee to be remade, she offered to pour some out, I asked for a new one to be made and received a frappe that had no ice. It was clear she poured some out and added a bit of coffee. Asif it would go unnoticed. Absolutely lazy and very disappointing.
If the coffee was consistent, I wouldn't have to ask for an annoying order. Coffee frappe, no cream, less, milk, less ice. Do not fill to top.
That's exactly what your label says.
I want to continue enjoying your coffee and I still want to be a customer. But consistency and better customer service when things go wrong would be...

Here's the thing...there are two on the same road. For the most part one of them is amazing. The other one, on the other hand, is subpar. The one attached to the hotel. This morning I get there, they don't take my order for ages and then 3 cars who turned up after me somehow get service.
I see these cars driving off in front of me with their massive orders. I had to wait so long I was then late for work.
When I ordered I tried to tell the girl who could have push through my order but didn't. Then I tell the other girl who didn't really seem to care.
On other occasions they have messed up my order, never offered me a coffee card and just taken too long to do what their there to do.
This was the last straw. I'm either giving up on coffee or going to a coffee shop where the wait will probably be shorty and the coffee will be actually strong which is what I ask for, which...

I come here every single morning even twice a day most days and today I waited in line for 15 minutes and realised I didn’t have my card on me as I recently changed phones and didn’t have it on my phone yet. I asked nicely if I could come back after and pay as most of the girls know me there and know I would but instead they said I would have to come back and wait again! I even offered to leave something or even payid and they still told me no and ontop of that I had to continue to wait in line to leave! It has completely put me off going there again. Also a few days again my husband went to get me a coffee and accidentally ordered oat milk instead of almond and when he went to correct it the girl told him ‘ it doesn’t matter they’re the same’! How ridiculous is that. Girls there really need to work on...
