Don't get me wrong, their products are tasty especially the amristsari special kulf but our last experience was probably our last. It was a weekend and the poor girl was rostered alone she had to take orders and make things herself and the place was flat out busy. There was waiting for more than 30 minutes. So while it took me about ten minutes to finally place my order of three single scoops in cups, the girl took money and started making other orders that were placed before us but they were big falooda orders and rolls that she had to go behind and make. Now they've taken my money so i can't just walk out and i have one kid who is busting to go to the toilet and an infant who has had enough and wants to get out of the place. So for something that is going to literally take no more than sixty seconds had turned into a further 25 minutes of just waiting around. I can't understand the mentality of these people who just open a successful business and then open another branch and move all their focus there and ignore their flagship store. I mean no one should have to work alone. I felt so bad for the girl. If they can't find a cover, they should either come out and help themselves or they should close the shop down. I sincerely apologize for leaving this kind of review, but we have visited your place many times and always enjoyed it. However, for the past three visits, we had to leave disappointed. According to Google, your closing time is listed as 12 AM, but when we arrived between 11:30 - 11:40 PM, we were not allowed inside. The staff simply pointed to a sign stating that the place was closed and refused to come out and listen to us. We also noticed that two other cars had to leave for the same reason.

We understand that the staff may be tired—we work in the same industry, so we completely understand the situation. However, if you close earlier than the listed time, we kindly request that you update your Google hours to avoid confusion for customers. Additionally, we believe it would be helpful if the staff at least acknowledged customers, especially in case of an emergency where someone might need water or something urgent. A little consideration in such situations would go a long way.
