Tribeca Village Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Melbourne

We drive past 2 local Fish & Chip shops in Point cook to buy food from this great business. Yes it's just Fish & Chips but the cleanliness the service and the quality are always 💯. Tonight I requested for a fish souvlaki made with Barramundi and extra vegetables and tatar sauce. The lady that took phone order said no problem we can do that but it will cost a little more, I said that's not a problem as I expected that. My wife said it was the best souvlaki ever! All the other food we ordered was cooked to perfection and was not greasy we will continue to drive past these other 2 shops to drive to Tribeca Village Fish & Chips. First and last time here! I was being honest to ask about sizing and only get a handful of chips.. when asking if the minimum is filled to the top for a family was told yes. Come home with a handful. Call up to ask them about it they throw the buck noone took my order until I decribed the girl. Then the Boss, who was bluntly rude gets on the phone! I am sorry but it just shows by your attitude and the way you speak to your customers just what service this place and your staff offer! Then threatening telling me he knows exactly who I am, he made my order, weighed the chips etc etc. We ended up throwing out the disgusting food and re ordering from the best in the West KIPPERS FISH AND CHIPS who actually makes decent food and appreciate...

Have only been getting the family fish and chips from here.... we always place BIG orders that always come beautifully cooked and so fresh... picky kids NO PROBLEM, they have a huge range to choose from.... started going there when I was pregnant and now take bubs in there.. Mel and Chris always stop and say Hello to him no matter how busy they are.... always super friendly and energetic.... ABSOLUTELY best customer service and so kind... beautiful people inside and out.. always wave when we go past and the older kids love stopping by to say hello...
