Absolutely Appalling!

I wouldn't give this place a single star if I could. My order took a ridiculous two hours to prepare, and when it finally arrived, it was nothing short of a horror show. The samosa was half-eaten, drenched in rancid oil, and absolutely nauseating. The naan was rock hard, more like cardboard than bread. And the curries? They were so awful, I wouldn’t wish them on anyone, they’d make poison seem appetising in comparison. The food appeared to be tampered with—how could you serve this to anyone? I always try to support local businesses, but this was beyond disappointing. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a restaurant. This was more than disappointing—it was utterly disgraceful.

Very very bad customer service . My husband ordered on phone for guests and I was picking up order from restaurant when I went there I paid .Then my order arrived after around 20 mins , and my husband told me he could not pay over phone so I went again inside and told them that I need to pay for my order. Without checking that I already paid new girl with glasses called the other girl and charged me twice for my order. When I went home after this situation my husband just opened the food package it was shock that with order of parathas there were no pickle , no curd , no onions , nothing only they packed parathas. In front of guests we were so embarrassed Becoz we told them it was good restaurant for breakfast. When we call them about the this that with paratha there is nothing in food package they said we sorry next time we will be careful if you want you can pick up . We have already opened up the food package now we will go to restaurant to pick up this things , instead of saying you pick up they should have said we will deliver it to you .
