Absolutely appalling. Quarter chicken and chips were awful, chicken was so dry. When I called I asked specifically if chicken was fresh and the answer was yes! Chicken was that hard I felt like it was from 12pm! It was 6.30pm not even late, not acceptable especially for the handful of chips I got. Chips were nice but have a look at the amount you get, it should be close to small chips this is embarrassing running an establishment the way he is. just got home with 2 chicken rolls with coleslaw and supposed mayo.. Dry and old chicken, tasteless, chalky, no mayo- we called them to let them know how bad this food was, and they said that if we wanted fresh chicken, we had to pay more.!!!! Do not go to this place. It is bad food, not fresh, and they will not acknowledge. Also bought two little fried wings which were a crazy shade of purple flesh, congealed and gamey. How can can you screw up a chicken roll? Chicken was very dry. Ordered roast pack with veg and roast potato. Roast potato was obviously reheated (partially) so not the best. Carrots and peas are more than likely the frozen variety as they were bland and watery. Also the carrot ratio is too high.
