Golden Spoon Express — Restaurant in Mount Gambier

To say that golden spoon express was just good is an understatement. Golden spoon express was more than just a tray of Chinese or Asian food. It was an experience, an express experience where you get food in less than a minute. You can get your food, pack it full and eat it. I don't think they even care. You can just eat as much as you want. Personally, I stacked at least maybe a kilo of just rice and Mongolian beef, Spring rolls. The staff there were actually so kind. They probably gave me the wrong size, but I didn't notice. Eating this food with my 3 fellow friends. I was thinking damn, back in Adelaide, if I got a honey chicken, I would get food poisoned and then fall asleep for 5 hours, however, at golden spoon express once I had that food. I wasn't even half way through my meal, and I just felt full. However, I'm going to push through it because I know that this meal is quite possibly the best Asian food in SA. You now what right now I'm looking at a guy in pladd and his food is stacked, at least 10 cm higher than the plate actually is. Kids enjoy the food because they can choose what they like. I do like the variety of beef and chicken dishes they sell. Highly recommend the omelette! Food is consistently good - recommend getting a box so you can take home what you don't eat for later.
