I recently ordered chicken from Red Rooster on two separate occasions this week, and both times the chicken had a distinctly fishy smell and taste, particularly in the skin but also in the meat itself. From my experience, this is a clear sign that the chicken was not fresh and may have been starting to go off.
I believe this product was not fit for human consumption. Chicken should never have that kind of odor or flavour, and it raises serious concerns about food safety and handling standards at this store.

Besides the vulgar smelling and tasting chicken, the rest of the food is also at an extremely low standard. After having the same experience multiple times, I will not be going back. Management should thoroughly investigate both the suppliers and the stores to ensure customers are served fresh, safe, and decent...
Read moreThere are always problems with this place. Ordered 4 value meals 2 weeks ago, all were missing gravy, posted a feedback form, no response at all. Tonight we went to get a wholesome roast and wanted to swap out peas, we always get a garlic bread and did the same this time but then checked if we could swap it out for Crunchy Potatoes instead. The person on the speaker said yes, for us only to find out later that she had added a $4.50 charge for the potatoes, don't know how they call that swapping, swapping should be without extra cost. We asked to change back to the original Garlic Bread but when we were handed the order it was still Peas and no GB. Hubby went back in and a more senior person comes and has a chat with the cashier saying that swapping is not an option at all, the cashier corrected her saying it can be done in the system, and we were finally given the GB along with a side of attitude. They are also often out...
