I was in the shopping centre before Christmas playing carols with a local community band. I bought 3 medium coffees and 2 soft drinks for the band members and grabbed a coffee card. During our break, my band member friend bought another 3 coffees, 2 soft drinks and wraps for the kids. They stamped the 2nd row so we would not get a free coffee. He brought me back the card and I was shocked. Between us we had spent over $50 there and they were too tight to stamp the coffees on one row! Just miserable! In all of my time buying coffee and using a coffee loyalty card, I have never experienced this. So I will never go back there and have left this review. Merry Christmas, Cafe Cube!

Hi, the flat white was actually amazing and had nice little art work done on it, see pictures. I'm just a bit let down in regards to the sizing - meaning one piece of tiny sourdough with two eggs (very runny), two slices of bacon, a lot of welted spinach and two very, very tiny hashbrowns for which i paid extra each for my two little girls. I think they need to add extra piece of bread to help with the yolk run off as they were very lightly poached, and the hashbrowns need to be bigger than a 20 cent coin. The sauce was lovely as was the service. The meal in total was $34 i believe by memory. Thanks again! 💖

We dined here Thursday lunchtime, there were plenty of tables free, so there wasn't a wait to sit down . The was very friendly that served us and the cook even said goodbye to us on the way out. There was plenty of selection to pick from the counter or there was a menu, if you wanted something else. The price was reasonable $42 for 2 full Wraps and 2 mugs of coffee. The only fault was the coffee wasn't very hot. If you like my reviews please follow us around Australia 🇦🇺.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Cuba in Cairns, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment my family and I walked through the door, we were greeted with genuine kindness and warmth by Steve, the owner, and his staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their exceptional customer service truly set the tone for our visit.

As a visitor to Cairns, I had heard nothing but glowing reviews about Cafe Cuba from locals, particularly my mum who is a regular customer. She always spoke highly of Steve and his staff, as well as the quality of the food and beverages served at the cafe. Needless to say, I had high expectations, and Cafe Cuba did not disappoint.

The menu at Cafe Cuba offers a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and of course, coffee. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast to start your day, a light and refreshing lunch, or simply a delicious cup of coffee, Cafe Cuba has got you covered. The attention to detail in every dish is evident, and the flavors are simply outstanding. It's clear that Steve and his chefs take great pride in their craft, and it shines through in every bite.

Not only is the food at Cafe Cuba exceptional, but the atmosphere is also inviting and cozy. The cafe has a charming and rustic vibe, with comfortable seating and beautiful decor. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal or catch up with friends over a cup of coffee.

Overall, my experience at Cafe Cuba was nothing short of wonderful. The kindness and hospitality of Steve, the owner, and his staff, coupled with the delicious food and inviting atmosphere, made for a memorable visit. I can understand why my mum considers Cafe Cuba her favorite place to enjoy a coffee or meal. If you're in Cairns, I highly recommend paying a visit to this gem of a cafe. You won't be...

I ordered food and coffee and it was $30 when the food on menu was less than $20. So i just wondered and asked how much the coffee was politely. Then before the lady (on training) could answer me, the manager standing next to her cut her off saying yelling "there's surcharge on Sundays! Wages are expensive!" in offensive way.

??? All he had to say was the price of coffee and that there is a surcharge. I work in hospitality management myself so I understand about weekend wages but how he talked to me was appalling. Such a shame as food was nice. Won't be going back to contribute to his...
