Domino's Pizza Muswellbrook — Restaurant in Muswellbrook

Over hour and a half hours for 4 pizza to be delivered. (Pizzas delivered what I’d call lukewarm.) Sea food pizza was watery no flavour. Meat lover was very dry. One pizza look like it was overcooked and burnt And one Pizza look like it was made in a hurry with toppings either missing or not very well presented. Contacted staff requested to talk to the manager or person in charge. They refused to give me their names and were very rude to such a point that they hung up on me. Pizzas were to feed 4 people in the end only one and a half pizzas were eaten if you want to call that. The rest went to the dogs. Ordered the pizzas at app 6:40pm Pizzas...

Fair Dinkum. You take the time to come in and place an order and wait. All details are recorded. 15 to 20 mins sir. Ok 40 mins later and a remake because someone didn't read the docket. One soggy as it sat waiting for the remake to cook. No sorry No here is a free garlic bread or some gesture of an acknowledgement we are useless.... Just a small town business attitude of we are the only pizza shop. Or arrogant you'll be back. It was the gift that kept giving. Got home and the 40 min remake had less toppings than a hunger strike victim's leftovers. Brilliant.

Received a delivery recently of a New Yorker pizza where the pizza was stuck to the roof of the box, and bunched up like a wet cloth on one side of the box after clearly being transported on its side.

Reviewed on their website. No action taken by management team. No voucher received for the review, as promised, and they continue to market to me daily.

Their service is far from economical and lately there are some big quality issues that will see me giving them a miss. Appaling customer service. Not the first time I’ve given feedback, but it will...
