IMPECCABLE FOOD! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dined at the Remington Restaurant tonight and was not disappointed. Ordered the bruschetta slider and Eye Fillet of Beef for dinner. The slider was simple and tasty; Roma tomato, Hunter Belle fetta, basil & balsamic on a charcoal brioche bun. The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavour with the garlic potato gratin, dutch carrot, blistered cherry truss tomato, Enoki mushrooms & Remington jus. There are few culinary delights in Muswellbrook. It’s a bit of a desert in that regard, but the Remington restaurant is a bit of an oasis. The food was first class, I have the beef cheeks - which was a sizeable portion, and sticky date pudding for dessert. All very nice, if a tad up there in the dollar department. Im not a professional cook, but in my opinion you can try a bit strong seasoning in your salmon, cause you use passion fruit sauce and half stir fried sweet potatoes to make it taste light, but you should high light that salmon, also that pasta was appetizing but I can’t taste the message you want to send to me!!!
