North Beach Recreation & Bowling Club — Restaurant in Mylestom

A smaller club on the Mod North Coast of NSW. It has the normal club format such as a bar, pokies,large screen TV's that show both live sports and live TV as well as TAB . They have bowling greens that are used on a regular basis as well as a regular social competitions. The club also has a restaurant that serves meals on most days. They also have food available in conjunction with the service of alcohol. The club has a large free carpark that is sealed. The club sits just on the edge of the town of Repton and opposite the Kalang river an ideal spot for swimming in the river pool or any form of boating such as fishing, ski or wake boarding. Annual the club host a fishing competition especially aimed at young anglers. Another annual feature is the fact that the club is the start point for a Salvation Army toy run. I visited the club to order takeaway pizza. I was a bit too early, so decided to enjoy a beer in the large outdoor area, with my dog. (He didn’t get a beer.). It was very relaxing, with the late afternoon sunshine in early September. When it was time to order my pizza, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The pizza didn’t take long to prepare, and the buzzer meant I didn’t lose any time. It didn’t take long either to get back to my holiday accommodation, where I was soon devouring my yummy pizza. I hope to return to the club on a future visit...

Great food - great options to eat. The guy who calls the meat-trays etc. needs to know that full blast, distorted level on his mic, is not at all needed and destroys all dinner conversations completely. Please turn it down so that those who need to hear it can pause their conversations and listen to the numbers, and those who don't can enjoy their meals and drinks, rather than hurry them up, in order to get away...
