Club Savoy — Restaurant in Myrtleford

the food was of acceptable quality considering the price, however several items were not available off the menu that we were not informed of until after we had ordered. it took over 1/2 hour to make our cheese garlic bread starter, even though we were the first table to order that night. we also had 1 meal come out 5mins latter then everyone else’s (it was a table of 3 adults), when staff were questioned as to were the other meal was they got defensive and blamed what we had ordered rather the apology’s. 1 of the steaks was over cooked. there were only two staff working on the floor which one of them were late so the other poor girl was running between the door and the bar, starter plates were not cleared when mains arrived. when we left there were no staff on the floor at all. i will not return here and will advise my family and friends not to go...

I nearly drove past this venue by mistake being set back from the road and unfamiliar with the area, but we were very glad we didn't after enjoying a very yummy dinner. Both of had different fish dishes, one with salad and chips the other with veggies. Both mains were great tasting and good value for dollar. My husband and I attended the BABBA show and dinner last Saturday evening and we wish to tell how much we enjoyed the evening. Of course the band was excellent but the organisation of the room/bar/dinner was so impressive. Thank you for hosting such an extremely enjoyable event. When we come for our regular lunches we will keep our eye out for future events at the Savoy Club. Thank you again and keep up...
