No. Just no. Three times our order was given to us, three times it was refused. Because simply the girls don't listen. 2 small cappuccino's, one with definitely NO sugar, one with 2 sugars. How hard can that be? To then have YOU LOT of teenage girls "offended" because we expect what we pay ( ridiculously priced ) for. 1st & 2nd time we smiled graciously, 3rd time you received what you projected - arrogance & annoyance. What disgusting service. If you're "hung over" as you loudly proclaim, don't attend work on Saturday with that attitude. The owner, & customers, don't want your attitude - children. You're losing your employer 💰, that is disgustingly selfish. No other customers there...

We ordered a chicken burger, a beef burger and a children's meal today, the waitress asked me which table to sit at, I told her that it was at the outdoor table, but I got three points for takeaway food, shouldn't I use a plate and fork? And when I ordered, I said I needed tablet water, and the waiter didn't give it to me. When I finished eating and cleaned up the table, I thanked the waiter, but got no response. Waited for over 15 minutes which is fine however people received their meals who were served after us. All we wanted was a pie and quiche put in a bag to take away. We were told they were busy but the restaurant was half empty with some people neither eating or drinking, to add to our frustration two staff members left for lunch at different times while we were waiting. To make this experience worst we were given a slice of something, and a quiche no pie both were cold...
