Bella Roma Restaurant Medowie — Restaurant in New South Wales

Rang Saturday night at 7pm for a pick up order of one pizza and one pasta. Was advised an hour (expected of a successful restaurant at that time). I arrived at 7.55. I noticed that 4 staff were standing within the kitchen area, one of which was working whilst the others were chatting. One table of 5 outside which had their dishes finished, and one other person waiting for takeaway. Staff asked for my order name and my cash. The staff member who took my cash asked a kitchen staff member how long my order would be, to which he responded “coming up right now”. My son and I took a seat not far from the other customer waiting on his take away. He got his at 8.15pm. I’d be speculating about his wait time, but was there for more than 20 mins waiting for his meal, which consisted of 3 items, one of which they forgot as a staff member ran out to him at his car. Mine came out at 8.25, 30 mins after the kitchen staff member said that it was coming right up, and 1 hour 25mins after initially making the order, with an overstuffed kitchen for a restaurant which had no deliveries going out in the time I waited, no people to serve food at tables, and yet almost 90 mins to wait. I felt all would be corrected if the food quality compensated for the lack of customer service and time management. I have never eaten Italian food that tasted that bad. My son and I had a pizza and a bolognese, he’s half Italian, and condemned the bolognese immediately. I don’t think I’ve eaten food that bad for a very long long time. Severely undercooked pizza a waste of money. The owner wouldn't even speak to me. Put me back onto the young chick who was not helpful. Didn't offer me refund just offered to remake it and I want it remade when it's actually this undercooked and it's actually disgustingly undercooked bad when you undercooked a frozen pizza from Woolworths. Also, food and safety regulations this is a hazard on how uncooked the pizza is actually unsafe any pizza this uncooked? Makes sense why they have such bad reviews when the owner actually just doesn't care or deal with the problem. I don't really know how you guys When you multiple times have, I had issues with pizza here and it's only gotten worse When they have young chefs or workers that don't know what they're doing Severely gave people food poisoning, multiple times it's a known thing in Medowie if you're a local

Genuine, worst waste of money and worst pizza. I've had that undercooked...

Service was bad. We had table of your guest and with only one arrived they asking can she take our order. Then she wants to know can she take wine glasses.....doh others still haven't arrived yet. Then when all arrive, we asked her to take the glasses as we don't want, so she takes two and leaves rest. Had entree, fair while after dinner arrived but only three meals. We ate our mains with all entree plates still stacked to one side of table. We had to ask for last meal as it still hadn't come when we were nearly finished eating. When we called waitress to ask she says can I help you with something......ohhhh man. Think the girls need to pay more attention to your paying customers instead of standing around talking. Veal was really well cooked to a bit chewy stage. Pizza was nice that is why given one star. Have been looking forward to going here for months. Will not return did not even...
