JASMIN THAI MEDOWIE — Restaurant in New South Wales

Unfortunately Jasmin Thai has been declining in quality for awhile. However tonight cemented that it will be the last time we’ll be ordering, which I hate to do to a local business. We ordered takeout and the food was really bad. Some of the food had quite obviously been reheated in the microwave, and tasted old and tough. Some other dishes were just sloppy and sadly seemed like they’d been sitting for a long time. It was very obvious none of the food had been made fresh, which is really disappointing, considering the eye watering prices of some items. A bag of prawn crackers is $6 if you’re curious.

I say save your money and go elsewhere, at least until the chef/s decides to stop...

After a disastrous service at Bella Rosa Restaurant we went to Jasmin Thai medowie restaurant and we were served like no one else would. We have been here at the Jasmin Thai several times for the past four years and never had a complaint. The staff here that we one to eat and that we like to be serve on time with fantastic meals. I had my normal seafood Laksa and my wife has a stir fried we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine aa nice sticky rice with mango and also deep fried Ice cream.. amazing!!! The restaurant doesn't serve satay chicken when we order satay chicken as a main dish. The restaurant told us that they can make BBQ chicken and put peanut sauce on it and that's how they make satay chicken. However, they just gave us BBQ chicken and charged an extra $1 for a thimble of satay sauce. The dish didn't taste like satay chicken at all.. It was BBQ chicken. In fact, the portion was like an entree dish rather than a main that we were charged for a main dish.
