Bruce's Ozzie Pizza — Restaurant in New South Wales

Called at 5pm was told 15 minutes. Got there just after 15 minutes. Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me to come to serve me . I was standing there looking at every single person and no one would even bother to serve me . Some one eventually came to take payment when I was told I had place a phone order, when I went to pay they then told me there a was 10% surcharge for weekends I was shocked . The pizza I had ordered was $45.90 was now $50.50 . No where was this extra charge advertised., which is illegal and greedy I understand for public holiday but not a normal Saturday night. I then watched the owner gas bagging to another customer for another 15 minute's and completely ignored me ,while I was just standing there ,I could see my pizza was already ready just sitting onto top of the over and just sitting there ready yet no one called out or served me for another 15 minutes. Ended getting my pizza after 45 minutes of waiting and it was Luke warm . It use to be great pizza and we would drive 30mins just to go get their pizza fortnightly until we got a burnt pizza and garlic bread that was ineadable, when we complained they gave us a pizza and garlic bread for free which was good until we opened the box and that pizza was burnt worse and garlic bread was black. Over priced , pizza was basic , charge a 10% surcharge on a sat understand on a sun or public holidays but Saturday never Hurd of it . When other people in the line said they didn’t pay extra .
