Daley's Kitchen and Juice Bar is truly a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of the city. From the moment you step foot inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like you've stumbled upon a secret oasis. The open seating area exudes a charming rustic vibe, with wooden tables and cozy cushions that make you feel right at home.
One of the first things that caught my eye was the ample parking available. It's such a relief to find a place where you don't have to circle the block endlessly in search of a spot. Daley's Kitchen and Juice Bar truly understands the importance of convenience for their customers.
Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! The corn fritters are an absolute must-try. Crispy on the outside, yet fluffy and flavorful on the inside, they are the epitome of comfort food. Paired with a side of tangy avocado salsa, it's a match made in culinary heaven.
If you're in the mood for something a bit more indulgent, the eggs Benedict's with smoked salmon are a definite winner. The perfectly poached eggs, nestled atop a toasted English muffin with velvety hollandaise sauce, complement the smoky richness of the salmon beautifully. It's a breakfast dream come true.
And let's not forget about their sourdough with scrambled eggs. The sourdough bread, freshly baked and toasted to perfection, provides the ideal canvas for the creamy scrambled eggs. Every bite is a delight to the senses.
In conclusion, Daley's Kitchen and Juice Bar is a delightful spot that combines a charming atmosphere with delectable dishes. With its rustic open seating area, ample parking, and mouthwatering menu items like the corn fritters, eggs Benedict's with smoked salmon, and sourdough with scrambled eggs, it's a place that truly deserves a visit. Read moreUnfortunately pretty disappointed - we have been frequenting Daleys before the takeover and stopped going for a while as we noticed a drop in quality, but the new owners picked the place up again and it’s better - food and coffee were good again so we started coming back. Recently we went to order from the store through their online ordering service. There were no notifications stating the store was closed on the website and we had no issues making an online order for breakfast only to realise after payment that the food was going to be prepared the next day, to be ready at 7am, 15 minutes after opening - we tried calling, finding contact details to no avail no option to cancel our order and we don’t have Facebook - a contact for outside opening hours was nowhere to be found, no email or out of hours contacts - so we knew we had to try and call the next morning as we were both rushing off to work. We tried to call before they opened or started cooking, from 6:30am but no answer. Neither of us were able to sit and wait for the store to open after attempting to call several times so we left for work and my partner was able to call on his way to work but it was too late and the order was already made and waiting. They told us they would organise a refund but there was none. It’s pretty disappointing that not refunding a $40 order that we had no way of collecting or cancelling has now made us feel like we don’t really want to spend any more money there. Just one bad experience can make a person and several people they know want to take their...

The lady seating us said “I didn’t realise you had kids, we don’t normally sit kids in this area. Can you control them. The last time we had kids in here they trashed the place.” The table we were seated at was a high table, so my daughter was standing on her seat watching something on our phone so she would let us eat breakfast (she is 2) - this women then walked passed us again and said “oh great shoes on the chairs - can she sit down.” About 5 minutes later the same women came over, placed a reserved sign on our table and said “this table is reserved at 11 and they are outside so I’ve said you’ll be 5-10 minutes.” She then walked off. This was while one of my girlfriends was breastfeeding her newborn baby. Clearly this women has no understanding of what it’s like having children. It was not our fault you sat us in this area. The food and coffee was great but with rude service like this that did not make our business feel welcome we will...
