Domino's Pizza Lithgow — Restaurant in New South Wales

I ordered at 9:15pm by 9:45pm no one had come, I rang store and they said she knocked on the door but no answer, I said no-one has come here or I wouldn't be ringing, he kept saying she went to house I said no one has come, we ordered food for a reason. Then nothing, no dinner at all. Then she rings me at 10:45pm saying she is at the door n I said no one is at the door, also I paid by card on the phone. Rang store today to follow up on it and he spoke to manager n I asked him to put manager on the phone but he was busy so I said that's fine I'll come in and speak to him coz I want my money back since we got no dinner. As a person who suffers medical conditions I sometimes rely on takeaway as I have no energy or my pain stops me from cooking, also my dad works long hours and he went without dinner coz he had to go to bed to get up at 2:30am..mum works to and...

Pizzas are so-so quality, but you get what you pay for with these chains.

Back in the day at the old store, or even at the new one, when there was a young manager named Tom there, it was a lot better.

Naturally, when you employ kids you'll get problems. Tom always sorted it out and made myself and my family feel like valued customers.

Newer leaders seem like they don't care though. I've had some days where they refuse to deliver to a residence outside of town, yet Tom would always make sure it happened. I've had one bloke abuse my mother over the phone when he didn't include our chips on our order (we paid for them but didn't receive them, and then he blamed my mother for not checking in store, despite it being quite a large order). It just seems to be an unnecessary headache sometimes, and I suspect that some staff members enjoy taking the piss out of...

Shocking, was displayed as being around a 24 min wait for delivery, then charged an extra $5.95 because i live roughly 12 mins away from lithgow..just down the hwy..ok fair enough. Then after an hour have to call and ask where the order is, they put me on hold then just say were busy you know, and it's because of where you live! I said well I paid an extra $5.95 for "where I live" apparently they had not even started my order as they were busy "prioritising" the orders closer by. Total BS, got a refund and won't be ordering...
