Domino's Pizza Tanilba Bay — Restaurant in New South Wales

After not using dominos for at least ten years we decided to get some pizza's on Saturday the 10th of December. My wife rang the order through but the drone on the phone constantly quoted the wrong price for the order, my wife had to go through this with the drone numerous times without success and was put onto somebody else who did exactly the same by quoting the wrong price for the the voucher code, how hard is it? Even my wifes patience was tested until in the end we had to pick the order up and even then it was WRONG! we ordered thin crust and got thick instead which we hate. We did not bother to re-order because it would have much too long and would have been another waste of our time. When my wife rang to tell them that the order was wrong the manager was suddenly "unavailable" and the drone on the phone then proceeded to HANG UP ON MY WIFE! Is this an acceptable way to behave? of course not. You are a disgrace and utterly useless, goodbye forever dominos you useless...

Ordered pizza for the night.

Ordered 2x large with cheese crust. Food got delivered, I straight away said to the driver “I ordered large” the response I got was “yeah it’s a large box but with medium pizzas as that’s what the policy is”

Excuse me what…. If I order large pizza I expect large pizza in a large box. Not medium size piazza in a large box.

Very disappointed and will never order from there again. Needless to say pizza was terrible and the best part was the actual crust.

I wish I could give more stars for your amazing,delicious and yummy piazzas and even more to your professional staff member Bianca. We forgot to mention the room number of our Motel and she kindly contacted us to confirm the address.She was so friendly and act really professional,keep doing great job Bianca!
