FLAME WOODFIRE PIZZERIA — Restaurant in New South Wales

Had dinner here tonight with my daughter and her mother and a friend . A pizza was ordered with 2 servings of lasagne and a serving of bolognaise. Pizza was good the bolognaise was ok 1 serving of lasagne was sort of ok my lasagne was terrible. Bechamel sauce would have to be 20mm thick looks like cheese cake. The pasta layers ...and I mean pasta layers was all compressed and had tomato sauce between with no meat. The meat was spooned over the top of the lasagne. A complaint was raised about the lasagne and I was told it would be passed along when asked at the counter about the quality of it ' I have let them know' I was then prompted to pay. Zero acknowledgement of how poor quality that dish was. Went there with high expectations from pizzas purchased quiet a long time ago which were sensational and was bitterly let down. Pasta cheesecake with a hint of meat would be an honest description. Will not return. Will...

I originally was told that your pizza was a dogs breakfast, although because I had no other option I thought how bad could it be. Tonight I bought a large meatlovers, avo delight and garlic and cheese, the smell was tasty although the pizza itself, trash! Best pizza ever!!! Store was clean, staff were very friendly and very well presented. i got a large supreme pizza and everything was so fresh and perfect amount of toppings they do have a 5% surcharge on sundays but it doesnt add up to much at all. I wish i tried this place sooner. Everything else that was coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. The ribs are massive. ill be trying the garlic bread next time as that looked amazing, cant wait to try more of what they have on the menu! Including...
