In all honesty, their chips were half cooked and I couldn’t eat them. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, came back another night and let them know ‘Hey could you please make sure they’re cooked properly as the other night they were actually not cooked properly and I couldn’t eat them’. For the lady behind the counter to give me the filthiest attitude and say ‘I don’t know how that could have happened’. No sorry, no yes of course not a problem’. No common courtesy or respect, neither ladies ever answer the phones either. Whether they are busy or whether they have 1 customer in there, they never ever answer their phones. Just terrible service and after what I experienced after telling them my food wasn’t cooked properly, I will never go back there. Disgusting customer service. I also forgot to mention, the buns were just sitting there stacked up on crates right at the front door basically. So all dust and whatever else could basically blow...

They have a new management and I hope they do well hard place to do well in both nevertheless I'm sure they try hard they have lots of stuff there usually very nice but it is a fast food takeaway shop so the times are reasonable I take 10 minutes for a burger if you got like 3 or 4 chips a chicken and whatever can get coffees cappuccinos what's important to drinks I don't have ice cream because this McDonald's across the road let's face it who can be 30 cent cone bit difficult at local places around here the pay does not pay for the quality you get shame people just can't get paid what they worth these days let's face it we are living with the liberal government at the moment he doesn't fight for the little man you know the person he doesn't get paid a lot and can't fight for themselves because they have problems with reading or writing or...

Arrived at 4:45 on a Sunday 1/6/25, one staff working other playing pokies on her phone, the other staff member had to tell her to serve us even after that she stayed playing on her phone. The same worker picked up food no gloves after using her phone. Called while arriving to car park and no one answered the phone “we don’t answer if we are busy”. In the 15 minutes we were waiting there were no customers.

Also while waiting we seen a staff licking her fingers to clean off salt and gravy while packing away a massive order.

Also a child was walking behind in cooking area in inappropriate PPE. I believe this was a staff members child.

Honestly feel bad for the owner, the staff are a real let down.
