When the store first opened the food was great, really fresh and the portion size was good as well. Over the past 4 months, or so, the quality of the food has dropped significantly, not to mention the portion size. I order the same thing every time - salad with chicken. The past 4 times I've ordered it, the tomatoes have tasted off - as in they taste like rotting tomatoes. The lettuce is limp and the chicken has been cold! Tonight, when I ordered the chicken salad, the same thing, except I was struggling to find the chicken. There was no more than 2, yes TWO, tablespoons of cold chicken! Also, half the lettuce was limp and there wasn't very much of it! For a regular size, it was more the size for a toddler! Don't reach out to me for further comment, just get someone from head office up to Port and kick some backsides up there, because all these negative reviews will seriously harm the brand. Read moreSo disappointed, service was quick considering the place was packed, food wasn't horrible but it had no taste, a slice of bread with nothing on it has more flavour then what they are selling, chips was the best things there, doesn't even have a nice smell of flavour when inside the shop, once out of the shop only thing I could smell was chips, absolutely no flavour at all in the burrito and was not spicy at all even tho I asked for it to be hot, deleted the app and definitely won't be back, so disappointed wish I had got KFC instead, the rice was just plain white rice, worst Mexican food I've ever had, worst flavour less food I've had in 37 years, just don't understand how it can be so bland, have never eaten anything form a takeaway shop that was so flavour less, dirt would have more flavour then the food...

My web app order said it was ready almost instantly only to have me wait in store for 20+mins. The whole operation in there was a shambles and I suspect it may be due to prioritising drive through customers rather than in house customers (on reflection, fast food drive through Mexican seems a bit of a stretch to me!) Order tickets were blowing off the rack and I had to alert staff (if I hadn't, someone wouldn't have got their order and they'd be in further operational turmoil). I had to ask twice for the status of my order. And to top this all off, I was charged twice in my bank account for the pleasure!!!
The food was pretty good though paradoxically...
I really discourage anyone to buy from the Port Mac chain and I'll happily adjust this review when I get my double charge back...
