Kanwal Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in New South Wales

Ordered from the online menu The price was t given to my partner who ordered over the phone Picked up meal and was charged significantly more than what showed on menu Questioned the price and was laughed at and told the online menu wasn’t accurate. Picked up an in store menu and when I questioned it was again laughed at and told they were old menus. Was informed the ‘real’ prices were on the board above the counter. Word of advice. For the owners Update your website and Instore menus. False advertising is illegal and prices should be honoured. If my partner and daughter weren’t so hungry as we had been travelling home , I would have cancelled the order. I will never order from here again and have explained the situation to everyone I know in the area who have agreed to boycott this place. A lesson these people should have been taught long ago. The only reason I have given this appalling business one star is because I couldn’t post a review with no star The pizza was loaded with capsicum a few prawns scattered and a few mushrooms. Served nearly cold because the pasta we also ordered wasnt nearly cooked by the time they pulled the pizza out of the oven which sat on the bench for 10 mins. These people don’t know how to run a kitchen

OMG - That was the worst Pizza that I have ever eaten in my entire life (I'm now 54 year old). The Meat Lovers should be called the Ham Haters as there is so much ham on this tasteless flatbread they have tried to pass off as Pizza, I think it was still squealing. I had read previous reviews, but as the good outweighed the bad, I decided to give it a go as my regular Pizza shop has closed down. I should have trusted my instincts, the BBQ sauce used is literally BBQ Sauce (Masterfoods - out of a plastic sauce bottle) Not a joke. Price is quite expensive as well. I have decided that if I have an urge for Pizza again, I will look at this review and remember how bilious I felt after eating from here. Staff where polite, but the guy making the pizzas didn't wear any gloves. eeek. Now I know why we don't order in on the Central Coast. They have no taste buds and don't really care if you like it or not. Still in shock how any take aways survive on the Central Coast. Do yourself a favour and go without. Instant bad vibes, family business clearly and staff were niggling and child in a cot in the front area (nothing against this but the cot should not be right as customers walk in), just chaotic vibes Service wasn’t great, only ordered medium chips, got charged extra 50c for extra chicken salt which I think is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard.
