I started my evening with my associates in the automobile. We ventured towards the drive through and we’re greeted with open arms. The ease of ordering two zinger boxes and ten wicked wings made my day extra special. We were then greeted by an enthusiastic man at the pay station. His warmth really made my associates and I feel welcome at such a fine establishment. Finally, we waited one minute before our food was ready and was pleasantly surprised at such high quality the wicked wings and zinger boxes were made in. This fine restaurant in which we had just consumed our provisions from, makes KFC at Woden look like two week old dog water. The staff at Jera KFC looked to have been trained well and this had shown in there professionalism. On the contrary, the workers at KFC Woden are vile and unprofessional. I have even witnessed someone get assaulted at KFC Woden and the workers just stood there doing nothing. And to top it off, the Woden zinger boxes taste like soggy cardboard. The difference in management between Jera and Woden KFC is substantial. And after my experience today at KFC I can say that my faith has been restored In the...
Read moreThe store was extremely dirty for a store that wasn't very busy when we were there. There was old food all over the tables and floors, smeared sauce on the walls and between the seats and the walls. There was a bottle of sunscreen left on the table.
While we were there there may have been 3 cars go through Drive through and on other small group of people. The other group of people were teenagers who seemed to know the staff, they were loud, yelling the staffs names and trying to talk to them as they were taking our order, which seemed to distract the server and resulted in us not getting what we wanted. The teens were making noises and being obnoxious and the staff were just laughing at them.
The chips were bland and were undercooked and the popcorn chicken was dry, however the tenders and pieces of chicken...
Read moreThis must be one of the worst experiences I had at a fast food outlet. The two girls at the counter didn't make eye contact with us, and were absolutely not interested in providing any kind of service. We waited for a few minutes before one noticed us. There was no "hello" to acknowledge us, and no "goodbye" after we thanked them for providing us with our order. Yet, they had time to chat and giggle between them. I worked in hospitality, and I know that serving customers at fast food outlets is not always easy, and can be taxing. For this reason I don't expect smiles, but respect is, indeed, expected. We are very polite people, and this was a disappointing experience. If the manager provides me with an email, I can send the time and date...
