The quality of food was disgusting tonight. Ordered large meals and they half fill the chips. Missing a 10 piece wicked wings the meal isnt cheap!. Got the chips but missing the 10 pack wings. The twister wrap was atrocious. As you can see in the photo it's saturated. The wrap was soaked and falling apart. Had to transfer it to a wrap I had at home. Waste of money. Couldn't drive back. A refund would be appreciated at this point!!!!!!!!! The bottom of the bag was saturated in oil How can you serve things like this at forget items! This was on Saturday night at 6:50 /7:00 pm 31st may

Stopped by when driving back to Sydney from Gold Coast. It seems to be a new store, exterior design is quite different and tastefully done, there is even an art of Colonel Sanders on the wall (rare). Staff needs more training, there were 2 missing pieces in one single boxed meal, if we were to go (takeaway) like most customers of this store, we would have walked away with a loss ;-)

This is one of the best KFC's in the country. Look at the salt on these bad boys, you don't get this packet of glory any more these days. The chicken was saucy and crisp. The service was fast, store was clean and staff were nice. I highly recommend stopping here on your travels for some good old fashion finger licking good from the colonel.

This is one of the best KFC's in the country. Look at the salt on these bad boys, you don't get this packet of glory any more these days. The chicken was saucy and crisp. The service was fast, store was clean and staff were nice. I highly recommend stopping here on your travels for some good old fashion finger licking good from the colonel.

My recent visits to South Kempsey KFC have been incredibly disappointing. The service is consistently slow, with long waits even when the store isn’t busy, and orders are often missing items or made incorrectly. It’s frustrating to have to check my bag every single time to make sure I’ve actually received what I paid for.

What really stood out was the unprofessional attitude from one of the young female staff members. She was openly rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by placing an order. There was no smile, no basic courtesy, and certainly no effort to provide decent customer service.

Fast food isn’t just about the food it’s about efficiency and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, South Kempsey KFC is failing badly in both areas. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until major...

This KFC exemplifies everything that is wrong with the fast food industry. Apparently staffed entirely by teenagers barely old enough to have their learner's permits. Upon arrival I was greeted by filthy tables and floors. My SO went to the counter and the what appeared to be the manager looked at her with disdain and returned to the conversation he was having with a co-worker.
