Red Rooster — Restaurant in New South Wales

As I was watching my order get packed In my paper bag by the red rooster staff member I was horrified to see her drop my small box of chips with an open end on the floor 😳she then thought no one was looking and put it in my bag When I bought it too her attention that I saw her put it in the bag and I’d like another box of chips please they totally denied it when I was in full view of it happening!!! I asked them to show me the ones that were dropped on the floor and of course they couldn’t cause they were in my bag 🤨 So disgusted being told by another staff member when I told her what happened she replied ‘I don’t think so!’ And walked away from me threw another box in my bag and literally threw the bag at me because I dared to ask for a replacement 😳😳😳Ahhh excuse me I saw it right in front of me!! No I don’t choose to eat chips dropped on a dirty fast food store floor!! Disgusting response from the staff they clearly have no training in customer service🤨let alone OHAS .. I just went to red rooster Kempsey on January 7th 2023. I was unimpressed mostly with the customer service, the young ladies were uneducated and very unenthusiastic with their abilities to speak with me. I was annoyed because I got the box that now I can't remember what it's called but the fact that I didn't get the 2 buttermilk chicken, so luckily I still asked another young woman who was okay but still could've been more enthusiastic did say at least that the buttermilk chicken was going to be a while and did say that she wasn't sure so she did at least admit it was her fault but I still wish there was a much older supervisor in their mid 20s doing the supervision. It's no wonder there's hardly anyone who goes there to line up, and the food was eatable and okay but was...

Doubt I'll come here anymore - entered the drive thru at 1:03pm, didn't get served until 1:24pm - 1 car in front of me, then when I got the service window, had my order totally wrong, so I had to re-order + wait even longer, (Was in a rush) started to eat whilst driving, burger was cold 🥶 Spent $28.95 on 2 x meals, 1 - Cheeseburger combo meal, chips burger & drink + 2 - Honey BBQ Rippa roll combo chips & drink. I basically ate the chips only!! 🍟 the Honey BBQ chicken roll, took one bite, threw it in the bin, tasted funny + the cheese burger was cold, so I had 2 bites + threw it in the bin as well... Crap service, crap food 😑 Totally crap 💩 😑

Basically paid $28.95 for 2 cans of Sunkist + 2 x Small chips 🍟 Awesome...
