Kincumber Kebabs — Restaurant in New South Wales

My experience at Kincumber Kebabs left much to be desired. I ordered their kebab expecting a savory delight, but to my dismay, my meal was tainted by a long strand of hair nestled at the bottom of the kebab. This unfortunate discovery completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

The kebab itself seemed promising—tender meat, flavorful spices, and fresh vegetables—but the presence of foreign matter was appalling. Hygiene is paramount in any culinary establishment, and finding a hair in my food was not only off-putting but also deeply concerning.

I brought this issue to the attention of the staff at Kincumber Kebabs, who were apologetic and offered to replace the kebab or provide a refund. However, the damage was done, and my appetite had been completely soured.

While mistakes can happen in any kitchen, the presence of a hair in my meal is something I cannot overlook. I hope that Kincumber Kebabs takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter quality control measures to prevent such incidents...

Worst place to go to.......... ordered chicken snitzel and chips to get fish and chips then when I said that's not what I ordered he shrugs and walks off for me to ask why I got that for him to say I don't understand you and walk off again if that was in my shop I would fire him instantly for treating customers that way I'm all for supporting local businesses but I will not support rude arrogant people that tell me they don't understand my English when they get the order wrong to be honest I would rather eat out of a dumpster before stepping foot...

Firstly let me say this experience doesn't even deserve 1 star. It should a minus 1. Just ordered 2 x large chips, one with gravy. I was charged $21 (went ahead anyway as grandkids wanted them) got home to discover they were shoestring fries, what happened to the decent chips they used to do, they were soggy but not quiet cooked, gravy was the consistency of water and almost non existent. The whole lot was Disgusting. We will never buy from there again. They used to do a great kebab and chips but the store doesn't even look clean...
