Cheating your service does not help the drivers, the speed of delivery service, and the delivery network as a whole. Yesterday as I watched your staff clear off a delivery order, at the same time within my app it notified that the order was ready. I had to wait another 5-10min until the order was actually ready. We don't get an hourly rate, if we’re not moving, we are not making money, your staff need to be told this.
On the 13/03/25 at about 9.35pm-9.50pm I had been waiting for my order watching drive thru service being looked after first. The young guy half put the order together after clearing it off the screen then told another worker (skinny blonde) she could finish the rest of it. I also noted that she was sending snapchats in the middle of bagging orders. Not impressed. The drive to the store and to the customer took way less than standing in the store. Tell this team to pick up the slack.
On the 30/3/25 at about 3:30pm the girl on drive thru wearing a blue shirt made young Lucas stop packing my order for delivery in the middle of making the last dessert and told him to run a drive through order out and she’d finish it for him. She continued to keep doing the drive thru side and didnt end up doing it so Lucas ended up finishing the order himself when he got back from running the order out. She knew I was already waiting for the order as i confirmed the order number with her. This proves that us drivers really are the bottom feeders who gets served dead last because the drive thru worker is trying to compete with their drive thru service times to get whatever bonus McDonalds is...

The premises were filthy. Garbage bins overflowing, tables dirty, floors had dirt and dead insects and flies on them, window frames were covered in built up dust, dirt and numerous dead flies, outside tiled floor eating area was so dirty it appeared as if it hadn't been slept or washed in days. There were so many staff standing around doing nothing (laughing, joking around, showing eachother stuff on the phone). It was more like a work party scene rather than a place of business. No staff member were wearing any head/hair coverings. Priority was certainly being given to Drive Thru customers. We watched our order come out, (thrown in a bag with such lack of care, that when we opened the bag the chicken wrap was actually unwrapped and the fillings were loose in the bag). The completed order sat on the bench for 5 minutes while start were having fun and attending to Drive Thru orders before they called our order number. Parking area was littered with lots of rubbish and cigarette butts. The lack of decent cleanliness was absolutely appalling. We were travelling, so it was our first (and definitely last) visit to this establishment. Tonight (13/7/2018) I ordered my meal, had to wait 5 minutes for only 2 Cokes and a frappe in the parking bay, didn't receive 1 of 2 of my large chips and another one of my hash browns, and the fries and hasbrown I did receive were literally cold in the middle and tough to bite into ?! When one employee came out with my drinks without the other half of my food, I told her I had ordered those items and she argued with me about what I ordered and said I was wrong and was very rude and unapologetic. She then went back and came out another 3 or so minutes later with 2 hasbrowns and Only 1 fresh fries so I'm still missing my other fries AGAIN? I then tell the same girl I ordered two fries I told you this before and she then stormed away from the car and yelled at me I will look at your order. this isn't how employees should represent their company. One of the mangers came out again a few minutes later , gave me my other fries and did not apologise for the wait or the hassle of going through that unnecessary ordeal ! NEVER GOING BACK.
