Cafe 126 — Restaurant in Kurri Kurri

We were heading home towards Gunnedah from Sydney and did a detour based on the reviews. So glad we did, we had our puppy with us & was going to sit outside for coffee & breakfast but decided it was a bit cold. We opted for toasted sandwiches to eat on the go & coffees. I cannot speak more highly of this cafe. We are not true locals ( have a storage garage in Kurri Kurri). The coffee is wonderful n beats/equals any from sydney or Nelson Bay . The bacon n egg roll is so healthy ( and we are healthy oriented) - fresh proper roll, non greasy delicious bacon n egg. A must to try.

The lady behind the counter is just a gorgeous human. Nothing is too much trouble or an effort....

Wow! As someone who is Coeliac it can be a struggle to find people that understand being truly GF. Not only were the ladies running the cafe kind enough to listen but they had a heap of GF and coeliac options available including separate fryers, nothing like old fashioned service with a smile but the consideration was just outstanding.
