McDonald's Tamworth South — Restaurant in New South Wales

I ordered one cup of tea and one coffee, I also ordered a hot apple pie. Which I must say the apple pie was hot, however, the tea was stone cold. I had previously been given a number for table service, which never happened, someone did come to our table and ask if we were waiting for two coffees we replied that the order was a tea and a coffee, the girl said wrong order. I went to the counter and said that we were order 129 but we we one tea and one coffee plus food . She then said that is what she meant. So I took the order to our table only to find it cold. I returned my tea, they gave me a replacement only to find it was drowned in milk and also cold. I drank it rather than have nothing. Whilst waiting for my order earlier,, I heard another customer with a burger problem. The girl said "oh yes, I gave you the wrong order." So it seems we were not the only problem, The volume of the music in the store was ridiculous especially in the toilets. Both my partner and myself feel we will not visit the North Tamworth store again. This is not the first time, we have had problems...

After ordering from the computer machine and having a terrible experience, now I know why I don't order McDonald's often. I had the worst experience, went to order and the machine wasn't printing the receipt with your order confirmation, so I went and ordered again. Then I went to the front counter and being approached by the manager, that told me that I shouldn't order twice as I should know that the printer isn't working. Extremely rude manager and have no customers service skills! Didn't want to refund my second order on my card and said the only way to do that was giving as cash. Manager kept insisting that I should have come to front counter before ordering again, however there is no explicit message saying that the printer isn't working. I'll not order McDonald's ever again, very horrible experience! Go...

Meal was great (for McDonald's) and absolutely consistent with what you'd expect from a Macca's meal. But I'm leaving a great review specifically over the service I received from Ryan. I pulled up a little after 2AM looking for a suggestion, Ryan dropped an absolute banger of a suggestion and I had a great dinner, but more importantly his customer service skills were impeccable. He was funny as hell without trying, calm and casual without seeming complacent. I couldn't figure out how to leave a review through McDonald's themselves but I couldn't leave his great work un-appreciated. Ryan is an absolute blessing to the business that he represents and he sets a new bar for how customers should be treated....
