Order was said to be delivered half an hour before it arrived, the contactless delivery driver rang the doorbell and waited for us to answer the door, the food was stone cold when it got here, the garlic bread was missing. We called to inform them they had forgotten the garlic bread, and the call was diverted to somewhere else as they didn’t answer. The people we spoke to said they would get it sorted. No contact for over an hour and a half, so we called back to ask what was happening, and was greeted with “hello?”. I asked if I had called Pizza Hut tamworth, “yeah…” - “ok great, we ordered a delivery, etc etc, there was no garlic bread.. “ “yeah righto, hey there’s another one without garlic bread,” then silence for bit “what’s your address and we will send you another one” - gives adress -“righto see ya” and hung up on me. Horrendous service, horrible pizza. Less topping than dominos, gluten free base is like eating petrified timber. First bite into my super supreme pizza with 50mm of crust around it, I was greeted with what felt like I was eating something stringy like bamboo that I had to spit out? Read more"Unfortunately, my recent visit to Pizza Hut Tamworth was a letdown. The pizza I ordered had very little chicken, which was disappointing given my expectations. The dough tasted sour and didn't look fresh, which raised concerns about the kitchen's attention to detail.
Specially Indian lady at front counter extremely rude and disrespectful . Her attitude towards customers was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Given the issues with the food and service, I wouldn't recommend Pizza Hut Tamworth to anyone. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their quality and...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut . One of the Indian women staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable because of the way I was spoken to and treated. Customer service should always be a priority, and sadly, that was not the case here.
I’ve been a loyal customer in the past, but after this experience, I won’t be returning unless the situation is addressed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into staff training to ensure all customers are treated...
