For small businesses these days, it's all about the customer reviews. It doesn't matter how slick of a marketing campaign you have, how much you invest in advertising and hosting grand events; it can all come hideously undone with a couple of unhappy customers who decided to tell the world about it.

Here’s my story :( I decided to treat my family to what I believed was a treat down at my local pub here

Not only was my wife looked up and down like she was a piece of meat but the food …. ooohhh lord the food WAS HORRIBLE!

The taste of burnt everything was indulged to my taste buds, it took three days of mouth wash to disinfect the taste of burnt charcoal flavouring from my sinuses.

Who ever Granted the ”chefs” here permission to cook anyone anything is not only a crime against the culinary art of cooking but potentially a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I regret every moment ordering food in that venue

The only major positive was the beautiful bar staff and other attendance on scene

Upon arrival I was greeted with a beautiful personality at the door

If only these beautiful souls weren’t let down by the horrible mess and distasteful disgrace...

Meals were very nice I had chicken cabonara and my son had the chicken burger.

The service from the bistro staff and the bar staff was exceptionally great.

But this event was spoiled by poor behaviour swearing and language by the regulars the patrons .

There was no consideration of other patrons of this premises.

This was disgusting, they were standing at the bar uttering profanity and this was within earshot of the enclosed dining area with a number of children present.

Very crass behaviour even in a pub setting on a Saturday evening.

Management should consider the needs of other patrons.

I won't be going back there...

What a joke of a franchise this dude runs. Aka Craig powers. After tonight stuff walking out customers stealing other people's meacanhe some new reservations they have done at south gate tamworth still recon no camera evidence we'll see when my barista gets the phone video I gathered and demand your's as well no wonder b&d got out of this ran down dump.

Get injured there fill out a report it was all fine then bam out of no where the manager turns on me after he gets me to sign the report witch I couldn't even get a copy of. Consider I tried to report it to just a bar stuff witch was pointless that's why I went to the...
